We collect as little personal data as we can get away with. This page explains what we do collect, why, and what your rights are. Last updated: 24 August 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Webmatic SRL, registered in Romania at Str. Pitar Moș 27, et. 5, ap. 17, Sector 1, Bucharest, registration number 48580735 (Trade Register J40/14316/2023) ("Webmatic", "we"). For anything related to your personal data, write to hello@webmatic.ro.

What we collect and why

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the package you're interested in, and your message. We use it for one purpose — to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site has no user accounts, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), our email delivery provider, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs to serve and secure the site. The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Font Awesome, which means those providers receive your IP address when the assets are requested. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us stay in our email inbox for as long as they're relevant to the conversation or a business relationship that follows from it, after which they are deleted. We review stored enquiries at least yearly.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to its processing, and request a portable copy. Write to hello@webmatic.ro and we'll respond within a month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Changes

If we ever change what this site collects — for example by adding analytics — we'll update this page and the date at the top before doing so.
